Position: Senior Solution Architect
Domain:Inventory, Warehouse & Material Handling Automation and Control
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. India.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect and Designer with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing and developing sophisticated systems within Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Material Handling Systems Automation and Control. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system design, automation technologies, process optimisation, and the integration of advanced control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative solutions for Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy. Create detailed system architecture, automation workflows, and control strategies for material handling systems.
Integrate automation technologies like PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and IoT devices into warehouse management environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, automation engineers, and logistics specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions. Conduct feasibility studies, system analysis, and requirement gathering to support project development.
Develop and implement optimisation algorithms for inventory control, warehouse layouts, and material flow processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in system design and automation control. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers and engineering staff. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in warehouse automation and inventory management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Design, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in system design, particularly in Inventory Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, and Material Handling Systems Automation.
Strong expertise in automation control systems, process optimisation, and system architecture.
In-depth knowledge of design tools, automation software (PLC/SCADA), and warehouse management platforms.
Certifications – Desirable (any):
Possession of relevant industry certifications such as:
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Lean Six Sigma Certification
